Yes, there is one here to plop into in front of the TV. Inviting at any time of the year for the sports fans, I am sure this will go quickly for Super Bowl weekend. The living area on the main floor is set up for some conversation . There is one master suite with a private bath and two bedrooms with a shared hall bath. All the rooms have been stylishly furnished with your comfort in mind.(Fireplace in living room is not available for use. Sorry.)
