The Oglala Cabin is back and better than before! A newly expanded 600 square foot back deck with a private hot tub faces to filtered mountain views. A single car garage and a washer dryer have also been added to this cozy A-Frame cabin. Located in a quiet residential area just off of Pioneer Trail, it is closer to accessing Sierra at Tahoe or Kirkwood ski areas, yet only 15 minutes to Heavenly. In summertime this means you can get on your mountain bike at the cabin and are just minutes from some great trails in the Meyers and Christmas Valley area. Two bikes and two kayaks are provided for your enjoyment at the cabin. For the woodstove, the owner also provides wood.
This floor plan has the main living area on the entry level with a Queen bedroom and a hall bath. The steeper cabin styled steps lead to an open loft and are set with 2 Twin beds. This leads to the second private Queen bedroom with a view of the back yard deck. Back yard also features a hammock and a horse shoe pit. Pets allowed $300.00 security deposit. And unlike most homes in Tahoe, there is air conditioning in the upstairs bedroom. There is also Wireless internet. This Internet service is a free benefit to our guests. There will be no refund due to internet outages or inability to connect.
