The High Meadows home looks like a ranch-style home, but is actually a wonderful two story home. This is the only three-bedroom home designed to accommodate 10. With its family room downstairs (sleeper sofa) the main living room upstairs with its own river rock fireplace, is always free for the grown ups. Two fireplaces (dura-flame logs only). Maximum occupancy 10 guests.
This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is located in the Montgomery Estates area of south shore just off Pioneer Trail. Neighborhood setting among other family homes.
The upstairs master bedroom has a King bed and a hall bath. Downstairs: Family room has a wet bar, second TV and a Double sleeper sofa. Second bedroom with one Queen bed and the third bedroom with two Queen beds. WIFI, CTV/VCR, CD player, washer/dryer, sunny open decks. Parking available for 2 cars in the garage and 2 in the driveway. Maximum occupancy 10 guests. This Internet service is a free benefit to our guests. There will be no refund of rent due to Internet outages or inability to connect.
